Better Service, Better Quality, Better Value
Educational Outfitters is in Lansing. They are hoping to open a store in Grand Rapids next summer which will be even better. On line ordering is available. Orders will be delivered every Wednesday to our school. If something is not correct, please return to the school office and fill out a form with what needs to be corrected. They will pick it up and deliver to the school the following week.
In regards to gym clothes, we have tried to make it more affordable by allowing items to be purchased other than Educational Outfitters. Shorts or gym pants must be plain navy in color and they may have a white stripe on the side. No other gym shorts and other colors are allowed. We need everyone to follow the rules. Plain white Tees for shirts are required if not wearing the uniform top. Educational Outfitters does still offer the T-shirts with the logo for $10.
Uniform SWAP Room
Just a reminder that a room has been designated in the religious education building where anyone can drop off used clothing for others and pick up for yourself. If people are constantly dropping items off and picking items out, this should help many people. Please just take items needed now and not ones for your child to grow into. We ask when you drop something off it could be labeled boy/girl and have the size on it, this would make it easier. The room is in need of hangers (skirt) if anyone has any extras at home. If you would prefer to sell your items, there will be a bulletin board to post your item and price.
WANTED: The kindergarten classroom is looking for any used children’s books. If you happen to have some at home and would like to donate them to the kindergarten classroom, please send them in and they will be put to good use.
Morning Drop Off
Please be reminded that when dropping off students, it is one way traffic only. You must enter from Cordes and exit onto Alpine Church Road. This is a one way drop-off procedure. This will eliminate any near collisions as people are entering from Cordes. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Pre-School is looking for a few items!
Do you have any extra toys, cars, puzzles, games, dolls, doll accessories, etc., that you would like to get rid of? Let us know we are always looking for some more materials for the classroom.
There are some items that we would like for the classroom. These items include; geoboards, Walkman headsets (listening center), holiday or generic place mats (4) for play-doh and a child size table and chairs for the kitchen area. We are also in need of Beanie Babies to go along with our Zoo-Phonics. A list of the animals is attached. if you have any and want to get rid of them or know of anyone that would like to find a home, let us know. We will have a sheet of the animals posted in the hall. If you have any of the animals and would like to donate them, simply cross out on the paper which one(s) it is so others don’t duplicate. Let us know if you have any questions.
General Mills Box Tops - Keep saving the box tops for education found on General Mills products. We also collect Campbell soup labels and Michigan apple labels so keep sending them in!
COKE REWARDS
We are collecting bottle caps from all Coke products.
By recording the numbers on the caps, we can earn soccer balls, footballs and basketballs for our students to use during recess.
Caps can be sent into school or families can register on-line at mycokerewards.com, record caps and select our school for the donation of points. This is an easy way to get extra playground items for our students without spending money. Thanks in advance for collecting these.

Scrip
Holy Trinity has one of the biggest supplies of scrip (gift certificates) on hand in the area. We need to get more people involved in using scrip. It is a win—win situation for all. Parents receive a tuition credit so it is a great way to start saving for next year if tuition is paid off for this year. Your percentage can also go to the parish to help raise funds needed for new church pews.

HT is also one of the few places where scrip can be purchased daily and on Thursday evenings. If you have any questions, Deb Wysocki or the school office would be happy to answer your questions.
Meijer is now available!
Scrip Don’t forget about purchasing scrip gift cards for gifts or for anytime. If every family purchased just their gas and groceries with Scrip, the profit would be well over $5000 and families get tuition credit, too. Anyone can purchase scrip with your account (grandparents, etc.). If purchasing a big order, please order early so that Deb can have it ready.
